I got charged the wrong amount, which was frustrating enough on its own. Support did eventually fix it, but this is where it got annoying: it took way longer than it should have, and I had to wait around for something that seemed straightforward. Glad it got resolved, but the process could definitely be faster

"Not great if you’re someone who plans around deliveries"
I ordered from bmimd.com, the delivery was frustrating. As someone who likes to plan ahead and keep track of packages, the lack of tracking updates really bothered me. It took longer than they said it would, and for most of the wait I had no clue where my order actually was. It did show up eventually, but the whole process was annoying enough that I’m not sure I’d order again if I needed something by a specific date.

I kept trying to pay attention day by day to see if my cravings were changing, but i didn’t notice much of a pattern. Most days I still felt hungry like usual, so it didn’t really help me the way I hoped it would.

My first visit went fine, so I thought everything was on track, but afterward I had a hard time getting clear answers. I had to ask twice, and even then the reply was really short, which left me kind of confused about what I was supposed to do next.

I was checking out Bmimd on my phone, and honestly... it felt a bit awkward to use!! A few pages took longer than I expected to load, and I had to tap around way too much just to find basic info?? It does work, so it’s not a total problem, but the whole experience just wasn’t very smooth!!!

The prices were way more reasonable than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Ordering was simple too, so the whole thing felt painless. Weirdly, I remember noticing a little cartoon avocado on the checkout page for some reason, but yeah, overall it was a good experience.

I needed to cancel with bmimd.com, and I went into it a little guarded because I’ve dealt with services before that make canceling way harder than it needs to be.
This time was surprisingly straightforward. The steps were clear, I didn’t feel pressured to stay, and I wasn’t left waiting around or getting bounced between people.
It was handled faster than I expected, which I appreciated. I’m always careful about what I sign up for, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t be nervous about using them again if I needed to.

"Fairly Solid Packaging Experience"
To be fair, the packaging did exactly what I’d hope it would do. My meds arrived safely, with nothing crushed, leaking, or looking like it had been tossed around too much.
The labels were easy enough to read, and I didn’t have any trouble putting everything away. It wasn’t anything fancy, but i’d rather have simple packaging that works than something overdone. No complaints from me.

I used bmimd.com for a prescription, and the biggest issue was that it took way longer than I expected to get filled. I figured it would move at least a little faster, but I ended up waiting around with barely any updates. It did eventually get handled, so it wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but the wait was really frustrating. Not the worst experience, just definitely slower than I needed.

They explained everything really clearly and got back to me fast, which I appreciated a lot. there was no confusion at all, although part of me almost felt like they explained it more than they needed to. Still, I’d rather have too much clarity than not enough, so overall it was a really good experience

The site seems okay overall, and the information is there, but I’m still not fully convinced yet. I wish there were more clear reviews or some kind of proof that it’s trustworthy before I feel comfortable using it. Also, it’s kind of frustrating that there doesn’t seem to be any real human contact available. Everything feels a bit too automated, and I’d feel better if I could actually talk to someone

"Booking was way more frustrating than expected"
I tried booking an appointment online and it took way longer than it should have. The site showed times that looked open, but once I clicked on them they suddenly weren’t available?! I ended up having to call anyway. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely annoying.
